Hours of Operation:

Appointments are taken between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 4pm on Saturdays.

Urgent appointments can be made outside these hours by prior arrangement, so please phone the clinic if you require urgent assistance.

Waitlisting If booking online and your preferred appointment times are unavailable, please book the first available time and then phone through to ask to be wait listed for any openings or cancellations.

Reception will be open 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 2pm on Saturdays if you require assistance.

When making your booking online please double check your email address before submitting your request. Confirmation of your booking is done by email and we can not guarantee your appointment if your information is entered incorrectly.

	Cancellation Policy To ensure we can give all our clients the best possible service, if you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule we ask that you give 24 hours notice where possible. This allows other clients who may desperately need an appointment the opportunity to take your booking. A late cancellation or ‘no-show’ fee of $50 applies, naturally extenuating circumstances will be considered.
